In agreement with the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, we promote whole-food plant-based nutrition, regular physical activity, restorative sleep, stress management, avoidance of risky substances, and positive social connections as the pillars of health. To these we've added three more: enjoying nature, having purpose, and finding joy.  All together these nine pillars make up our Wellness Wheel.
