Ted Barnett is featured on (Un)Common Medicine podcast with Dr. Grace

We hear often that a plant-based diet can improve our health and help prevent, and even reverse disease, yet where do you start?

Rochester Lifestyle Medicine Institute’s Dr. Ted Barnett, MD aka Dr. Veggie has created the 15-day Jumpstart Program, based on decades of science, and producing incredible clinical outcomes that have been consistently improving people’s health for years.  And who better to learn from than a doctor who, along with his wife and 3 children,  has been living an exclusively plant-based life since 1991.

Not every plant-based food is healthy, and knowing how to navigate through the change from current habits and choices to more beneficial ones can be overwhelming, and let’s be real – quite daunting.  That is why Dr. Barnett has designed this program to give people the science behind the choices, and more importantly, easy actionable steps to transition into a body-optimizing plant based lifestyle.

Dr. Barnett, MD was featured on Dr. Grace’s (Un)Common Medicine podcast on September 30, 2021.
