Healthy and Sustainable Weight Loss: Optimizing Nutrition

This educational and interactive group coaching program teaches you how to identify SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-based) goals and implement habits to support optimal nutrition and sustainable weight loss.  Joining others on the journey is motivational and fun!

Program Summary:

  • 6 sessions on Tuesdays 6:30 – 7:30pm Eastern with one week break, from January 23 – March 5, 2024.  See detailed schedule below.
  • The virtual sessions are run via Zoom meetings.
  • Sessions will consist of educational presentations and videos, with ample time for group discussions.
  • Support between sessions is available in a private Google Classroom where participants and coaches can communicate.
  • A maximum of 12 participants can register, providing a diverse, interactive, and intimate environment.
  • The price is $349 per person.  A $50 discount is available – see details below.

Note – Making big changes to one’s diet may result in rapid changes to health, and a need for adjustments to medications.  Blood pressure may drop and insulin sensitivity may change within a few days of adopting a whole-food, plant-based diet.  Therefore, we encourage participants to work closely with their healthcare providers so they can make appropriate medication changes. We also suggest getting lab work, including a lipid panel (cholesterol) and fasting glucose as close to the first and last days of the program, and one HbA1c for those concerned about diabetes.  Seeing the lab results can be uplifting and motivational to stay the course!

Optional Individual Health Coaching Package

 

Would you like some extra coaching and support while participating in the group program?

A special package of six 30-minute individual coaching sessions is available to supplement the group program. Combining the group program (above) and the individual coaching package (below) enables you to attend one group session and one individual session each week for six weeks. You choose the day, time, and coach for each individual session using an online calendar system.

The special discounted price of $198 is a 34% savings compared to the regular individual coaching pricing and is only available to those participating in the group coaching program.

The group program and the individual coaching package are sold separately on two different transactions.
