The Lift Project: Live Participation course combines mental and physical aspects of Lifestyle Medicine. Learn how to improve your patient’s mood using the latest findings from positive psychology, lifestyle medicine, and neuroscience.

The course consists of 10 facilitated Zoom lessons, one hour per lesson, one lesson per week, with an associated quiz for each of the 10 lessons. This fun, immersive program provides clinical skills and insights from the participant group dynamics.

This course is designed to teach clinicians the skills to empower patients to take charge of their own health. By helping patients help themselves, practitioners will experience a renewed “Joy of Practice” while earning 10 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)TM

After registering for this CME course, you will also need to register for a Lift Project program.  A free discount code will be provided after you register for the CME course.  You can choose from different program start dates.

Step 1: Register for this Lift Project: Live Participation CME course.
(Free to qualified medical professionals – email for qualification details.)

Step 2: Use the discount code provided after completing Step 1 to register for a Lift Project program.

After you complete Step 2 of registration, we will follow up by emailing you your Lift Project portal access before the program start date.  You will have access to the videos and resources for a full year.

Note – You will have two logins for the Lift Project: Live Participation course:

1. The Lift Project portal to access the Lift videos and materials. This will be sent to you when your program begins.

2. The login you created in Step 1 to access the Lift CME quizzes on the RLMI website.

To receive the 10 CME credits you must pass all 10 quizzes and attend at least 7 of the 10 facilitated sessions.
If you are unable to attend 7 sessions during one 10-week program, you may attend lessons from a future program.
